We recognize that this process has taken longer than expected and, for some customers, has caused disruptions or delays. We are excited to share that we are upgrading to a new, improved online banking platform designed to provide you with faster, more secure, and more convenient digital banking experience. This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to enhance the services we offer and ensure you have access to modern, user-friendly tools for managing your accounts.
What You Can Expect:

Key Dates:
- December 8, 2025: Bill Pay access will be discontinued.
- December 12, 2025: Online banking access will be disabled for all users.
- December 15, 2025: Our new platform officially launches!
During this upgrade, some online services may experience brief interruptions. We will notify you in advance of any planned downtime and will work diligently to keep disruptions to a minimum.
What You Need to Do:
As we move closer to launch, you will receive clear, step-by-step instructions on:
- How to log in to the new platform for the first time
- How to update your credentials
- What to expect from the new interface and features
Action Required for Bill Pay users:
Please gather your current biller information now. All bill pay details will need to be re-entered after the upgrade.
